Aroma is average malt (bread, caramel, straw), light hops (herbs), average yeast (dough) with notes of toffee. Light bodied, thin texture, soft carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

Nov 13, 2006 on tap-pours an off white head and copper color. Taste is medium malt sweet-caramel, slight hop bite. Nice balance. Caramel finish. Mild carbonation.

Jul 8, 2005 Medium amber and mostly clear. Sharp carbonation. Malts were very toasty, with some sweetness (toffee). Grassy bitterness followed. Some bitter flowers in the aftertaste.

Aug 16, 2004 Bright copper appearance. No head. Solid body, thicker than expected, of the consistency of diluted pancake syrup leaving a thin coating within the mouth. A large amount of sweet caramel and sugar malt flavors, and a surprisingly big hop profile. Sweet apple spice and honey stands out in the aroma. Very good attempt.
