Taster - Rocky Coulee Brewing Company - Odessa, WA
Aroma – Nice light pale malt aroma with little hops.
Appearance – Light pale color, thin head and clear.
Flavor – A good golden ale flavor with a buttery/dactyl flavor. The malts where very good hops very light to none.
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, Buttery texture with a dry finish.
Overall – A nice beer with a few issues the Dactyl was big in this and every beer they had pouring . They said it was the yeast but this was too much. A good beer for the hot hot hot day.
