Taster - Rocky Coulee Brewing Company - Odessa, WA
Aroma – Good deep malt aroma.
Appearance – Reddish amber in color, thin head and clear.
Flavor – Nice tart buttery flavored malt. The darker malts gave off a good fruit like flavor. No hops in the beer from what I can tell.
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, Buttery texture with a dry finish.
Overall – Reddish beer with a tart flavor and the buttery flavor also lingering.
