The flavor is of spices, coconut, and more spices. This light bodied brew is different with nice Hefe characteristics. RSRIZZO (1369), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 19, 2008 Had on draught at Rocky Mountain Brewery. Aroma is spicy with hints of coriander, banana and coconut. Color is a hazy yellow/brown with a nice head and good carbonation. Starting with a lighter medium body it goes down with a spicy bite. Finish comes in with a tasted coconut and vanilla taste that is followed by a spicy flavor and a Hefe like banana and coriander taste. After taste is a bold spiciness, as this fades the coconut comes back with a lingering vanilla flavor. This is one of the most interesting brews I have had, its very complex with nice Hefe flavors and a unique spiciness. BeerandBlues2 (3237), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA

Pours cloudy orange with a small, fizzy, white head, mostly diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, cookie, straw), light hops (herbs), average yeast (dough) with notes of banana, coconut, ginger, and curry. Medium bodied, gritty texture, average carbonation, and a chalky finish. Long duration, light sweetness and bitterness, moderate acidity. An interesting offering, and I am not sure of any other curry beers, but this is good; well, if you like Indian food that is.
