Rocky Mountain Meadery Guinevere Honey Wine

Nose notes of roses and soap... light tasting and light body, the honey is decent, but it’s a little thin and overly sweet. The rose pedal flavors is enjoyed, but it doesn’t hit the spot.

No head (still). Body is clear light yellow. Aroma is notes of honey, alcohol (gasoline?), flowers, light note of apple. Flavor is heavily sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Medium body, watery texture, flat carbonation. As with the King Arthur, pretty simple and light, and the alcohol scent is of the fusel variety. Almost drinkable, but not enjoyable by any stretch of the imagination.
