Courtesy of hopscotch and Tinkerbell. Pours a light pale gold color, very watery looking. Big apple and honey aroma, with hints of alcohol, quite sweet smelling. The texture is very thin and a bit watery, but not devoid of flavor. Very fruity, with hints of honey and tartness. Needs a bit more body to it, for me to enjoy it more, but nothing offensive about it, just a bit light in the pants.

Bottle … Clear, nearly colorless mead with a straw tint and no legs. The bouquet is of honey - nectar possibly provided by either clover or pepper blossoms. Medium to full-bodied. The flavor is sweet honey and moderate acidity. Finishes tangy and dry. Bottle courtesy of Tinkerbell!

No head (still). Body is clear light yellow. Aroma is notes of lime/lemon rind, wet stones, fusel alcohol, reeds, flowers, light notes of honey and apple peel. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic. Medium body, watery texture, flat carbonation. More like white wine in the nose than mead, to be frank...the honey is quite faint in this one. Not very clean smelling or tasting. Gasoline-like alcohol vapors are unpleasant, but not strong. A crushing hangover in liquid form, no doubt.

Light yellow appearance. The honey aromas and flavors are mixed with an orange blossom note, semi-dry, though barely noticable... bittersweet.
