Sep 21, 2009 Tap at Brewery 8/10/09-Pours a light amber to dark brown with a big tan head. Aroma of roasted malt and hops. Taste of sweetness, malt, apples, and caramel. This medium bodied brew was a bit different.

May 25, 2009 Had on tap at Rocky Mountain Brewery on 4/7/09. Color is a dark amber with moderate carbonation and a thin but tight head. Aroma is a big malty scent. It starts with a medium body that goes down crisp but has a creamy feel to it. Finish comes in malt with a light sweetness followed up with a touch of bitterness on the end. Ibn the after taste the malt fads as the bitterness builds a bit. This is a well balanced easy drinking Amber.
