Commercial Description:
This is the Redhead’s little sister, Amber. She’s light and refreshing, with a great malty-grain and hop flavor balance. With a crisp and refreshing citrus-like note in the middle, you’ll be making excuses to spend some more time with this attractive lady.

Draught. Pours amber with an average, fizzy, white head, somewhat lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (grain, hay, straw, cereal, meal), average hops (flowers, grass), average yeast (sweat, earth) with notes of apples. Light bodied, thin texture, soft carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

Had on draught at Rocky Mountain Brewery. Aroma is a light roasted malt scent. Color a clear amber with almost no carbonation and no head. Starting with a lighter medium body it goes down with a bland feel. Finish comes in with a mellow malt flavor followed by a mild bitterness. Carbonation was very low and left it a little bland, I will rerate it next time I am there.

On tap @ Rocky Mountain Brewery poured a clear amber with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of carmel, light fruittiness and a hint of earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, light fruittiness and a hint of earthiness with a smooth moderatly bitter finish.
