Aug 16, 2005 On tap 7/28/05: Pinkish red w/ a short lived pinkish white head. Banana, clove & hints of raspberry in the aroma. Also some wheat malt as it warms. Well balanced w/ clove, berries, and hints of banana ester. Dry flavor in the finish w/ a bit of herbal hop flavor and bitterness in the finish with some raspberry in the aftertaste. Wheat malt also shows up in the flavor as it warms. Medium high carbonation, dry m/f, w/ a lighter body. Not my "cup of tea" per se, but I still like the fact that you can tell it’s a hefeweizen as the base beer!!!! Too fruity for my palate.

Jul 29, 2005 Draft at brewery. Cloudy reddish/orange hue with medium off-white head. Medium sweet aroma of blackberry and wheat. Medium body with wheat texture. Medium sweet flavor that was refreshing and crisp of wheat and berry.

May 3, 2004 Dark magenta color. Smells of sweet raspberries and fresh noble hops. Nice, wheat flavors blend with soft berry flavors. Finishes with a hoppy zing. Never cloying or overly sweet. Quite good.
