Dec 21, 2009 tap at brewpub. pours a clear golden orange. notes of blueberry, wheat, and i agree with the poster who mentioned frabreeze. go figure. this was probably my least favorite beer during my visit to rocky river bc.

Oct 14, 2009 Average/large creamy white excellent lacing head. It smells like dehydrated blue berries & fabreeze. Initial flavor is strong blue berry followed by wheatly cheap beer finished with slightly metallic taste but mostly masked with blue berry.

7/12/2009: Rocky River Blueberry Ale is stuffed with tons of fresh, floral, REAL blueberry aroma and flavor. This beer is gold in color with a decent white head and medium-light body. It is good and well-crafted, but a little bit goes a long way for me. However, mix about 2 parts of Rocky River Blueberry with 1 part of Rocky River Oompaloompa Chocolate Stout to create a pretty decent Blueberry Stout!

Aug 7, 2008 Fizzy yellow draft. The aroma is full of very lively blueberries. The flavor is like a light beer, watery, with a touch of blueberry. The finish turns a bit sour and it sticks to the roof of the mouth. Not a fan.

May 4, 2008 growler@Vero Beach Throwdown-pours a white ring and cloudy yellow color. Aroma is blueberry. Taste is blueberry, grain, secondary spice/citrus hops-lemon. OK carbonation. Thanks to SoLan for sharing.

Mar 5, 2008 Courtesy SoLan. A slightly hazed strawgold pour with light lace. Light raspberry aroma with a little wheat. Adjuncts, wheat, light blueberry and a lemony flavor. Slightly thin and low carbonation from the growler. Not really a bad beer even a bit refreshing and a bit thin. Pretty much what it should be, I’d like to try it fresh.

Feb 22, 2008 Growler... VBWT2008... Murky yellow ale with a small, quickly dissipating, bubbly, white head. Grainy, fruity nose with lots of fresh blueberries and just a touch of honey... a bit too restrained. Medium-bodied with medium carbonation. Begins almost cloyingly sweet, but winds up being totally inoffensive. Medium to heavy pale grain sweetness with a very late arriving hint of bitterness. The mid-length finish provides pale grain sweetness and moderate, minerally bitterness. Not my cup of tea, but SoLan provided the growler. Thanks Alan!
