A pretty medicore attempt at a pilsner. With all the Bohemian and Classic German Pilsners I've been sampling lately this is a joke. A slight sour flavor with nothing but water to back it up. As much of a pils as Miller Lite and honestly not a whole lot better.

Could have used a little something. lacks the crispness that I like in in a American Pils, and didn't have the depth of flavor I expect in a European. Not bad, and very drinkable, but nothing to set it apart from the pack

Bright yellow with a small head that stayed until the bottom of the mug. Strange soft banana pudding taste, although the beer was very light and watery. Not the best brewpub pils I'v had!
