Pale gold, quite clear, with a bit of lasting head and nice spidery lacing....aroma is very weak, a bit bready/cereal in nature with virtually no hop presence, relatively clean at least....mineralic, grainy body with a light apple fruitiness, touch sour towards the finish....low carbonation, fairly full. michael-pollack (2749), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA

Some citrus notes, and a little hops, but not that much flavor. Better than US Light Beer, but not at much of a "dark alt" as I would have like. Nate (2569), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA

Aromas of light grains and grassy hops. Flavor is amazingly complex with some apricot, some apples, and grassy hops blended with grains. Good carbonation with a crisp palate and a good clean mouthfeel. Nice beer. Drew (2410), Kent, Ohio, USA

It just lacks flavor overall - They make a lighter beer there, but they were out of it, lucky me! Original: light amber color - hazy. thick malt, yet watery at the same time. the bitterness was just unpleasant and kind of ruined the whole thing for me.
