May 29, 2006 Sparkling straw body with white head, nice lacing. Aroma is medium sweet, grassy, light herbal. Taste is medium sweet, grassy, some peach, light apple, spice. Light crisp body.

Jul 17, 2007 Large draught sample at the brewpub, June 26 2007. Pale gold, quite clear, with a bit of lasting head and nice spidery lacing....aroma is very weak, a bit bready/cereal in nature with virtually no hop presence, relatively clean at least....mineralic, grainy body with a light apple fruitiness, touch sour towards the finish....low carbonation, fairly full.

Mar 29, 2004 No aroma. Golden color, but not too light like a crap-beer. Some citrus notes, and a little hops, but not that much flavor. Better than US Light Beer, but not at much of a "dark alt" as I would have like.

Jun 1, 2002 Fruity hops aroma, light and clean. Reddish amber with nice head. Medium carb, watery. Tart, bitter, malty. Nice koelsch. Would drink again.

Jul 1, 2006 On tap at the brewpub on 6/28/06 - Pours golden with a short white head that stayed pretty well and laced the sides of the glass. Aromas of light grains and grassy hops. Flavor is amazingly complex with some apricot, some apples, and grassy hops blended with grains. Good carbonation with a crisp palate and a good clean mouthfeel. Nice beer.

Jun 17, 2002 Updated: Jun 26, 20032nd try - 6/25/03 - at the brewpub: Very light, sweeter, somewhat dry finish. It just lacks flavor overall - They make a lighter beer there, but they were out of it, lucky me! Original: light amber color - hazy. thick malt, yet watery at the same time. the bitterness was just unpleasant and kind of ruined the whole thing for me.
