On tap @ the Brewpub: Pours a clear golden color with an off white head. Aroma, honey, citrus, pale malts. Flavor, light honey notes, some bready notes, yeast, mild citrus bitterness on the finish.

May 27, 2008 Sample @ Brewpub: Pale orange pour, sweet, grainy smell and bready malts. Flavor is light traces of honey with a mildly bitter finish. Nothing spectacular, but an easy drinker.

light sweet malt aroma,
light malt flavor followed by a really nice honey sweetness, light bitterness brings it back in balance for a short bitter finish, very light tartness<br />
