Commercial Description: This copper colored, medium bodied English Ale starts out with a malty caramel flavor and finishes with a moderate hop flavor and bitterness.
Draught. Pours bronze with virtually no head. Aroma is malt (maple, brown sugar, grain), yeast (dough) and fruity hops. Moderately bitter and hoppy rind flavor, nutty finish. Medium bodied and spicy palate.
