Commercial Description:
Our copper colored American-Style India Pale Ale is brewed with European Pale Ale, Vienna, CarAmber, & Munich Malts. Massive quantities of US grown Amarillo hops give this special beer its unique hoppy flavor. One sip and you’ll think you’re in the middle of a Hopyard! A wonderful match with our steaks, and spicier foods.

On tap @ Rockyard poured a clear copper with a small lingering ivory head. Aromas of carmel, pine, pink grapefruit and tangerine. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of carmel, pine angd grapefruit with a dry lingering bitter finish.

Had at GABF on 10/2/1999. Aroma is light with a hop scent. Color is nice gold with light carbonation and head. Taste is a light body with mild malt flavor and a good hop taste. It ends with a nice bitterness. This is a very good Pale Ale.

Draft, Brew at the Zoo Benefit in Denver. Poured a clear orange color. head was thin and white. Aroma was of light flowery hops and malty caramel. There was also an occasional whiff of cotton candy. Dry on the tongue with mild to moderate hop bitterness. Body was on the thinner end of the spectrum. Plenty of grassy/flowery hop flavor without much malt. A little disappointing.

Not an overly impressive IPA, not a big fan of the hop profile to begin with. Freshcut grass and hay, with some very light citrus notes. Dry and almost sour, with alot of acidity and a small amount of caramel maltiness. Difficult to drink.

Draught. Pours brassy with a patchy white head. Aroma is fragrant citrus, pine and floral hops. Moderately bitter, hoppy rind, citrus and floral notes, slight sweetness, finish is acidic. Medium bodied and clean, dry palate.

An orange beer with a fine white head. The aroma is very grassy and hoppy. The flavor is more hoppy and grassy than the aroma combined with notes of caramel.
