Commercial Description:
Our copper colored American-Style India Pale Ale is brewed with European Pale Ale, Vienna, CarAmber, & Munich Malts. Massive quantities of US grown Amarillo hops give this special beer its unique hoppy flavor. One sip and you’ll think you’re in the middle of a Hopyard! A wonderful match with our steaks, and spicier foods.

An orange beer with a fine white head. The aroma is very grassy and hoppy. The flavor is more hoppy and grassy than the aroma combined with notes of caramel.

GABF 2004: Clear golden with a frothy white head. Fresh hoppy and mildly malty dry aroma. Body is mostly dry and bitter without much balance. Not that great of an IPA, but does go down smooth I guess.

Sampled @ Falling Rock, Denver. Orange color. Contains a light soapy flavor, solid bitterness, with a creamy hop nose, a light stale flavor near the finish of paper or musty rice.

Draught. Body is hazy light amber. Aroma is moderately hoppy (grapefruit, flowers). Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately bitter, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, heavily bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.

Tap: Hazed golden hue with a frothy head and okay lace. The aroma is mellow hops with a piney character, some malt notes, and a twist of citrus (lime and lemon). The taste is surprisingly subdued, more akin to that of an APA than IPA. Good balance of hops of malt with a twangy kick. The finish is indeed bitter and dry, so it is an IPA afterall. The feel is well fizzy, not much bite. Okay, sort of a wierd brew that lacks classification.

Very nice orange with a standing tower of bubbles, even after sitting for 30 minutes. Grapefruit on the aroma and a very nice sweet citric flavor with balanced malt foundation. Excellent, and definitely the best here.
