Commercial Description:
This unfiltered Saison is made with Pale, Vienna, and Munich malts. Fresh Castle Rock honey was used in keeping up the Saison tradition of using locally available ingredients. The spicing of this beer with Cardamom and Nutmeg gives it an additional element of complexity.

Crushed with Jakebra at the Colorado Springs Saison Festival. Not much nose. Just some earthy tones. Flavor has plenty of poop and dirt, and not in a good way. One of the low points of the festival.
