The flavor is sweet and tart all at the same time with a really nice dry kick at the end. Really a wonderful Flemish sour. The head is light brown and the body has theis deep brown with a redish edge. I taste grapes, hay, sour winegums and glue. It has a buttery and sparkling feeling in the mouth. Must admit that sour-ales doesn´t belong to my favorites... aconley (9), Numazu, Japan does not count | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 11, 2008 This is a very palate cleansing beer. It is very carbonated and leaves a very sour taste in your mouth. A little too sour for me but over all a great beer. madquacker (723), Canberra ACT, Australia
