Flavour is quite sour but balanced buy huge woody flavours ending on a dry vinous note with lingering wood complexity. Mouthfeel is smooth. Very odd in a good way, a must try for sure.

Hugely aromatic with sour brown rice and an almost sake and whisky characters. Far more sour in the mouth with Dijon and white wine vinegar flavours. It has a long finish of balloon latex and woody dirt. Love it to pieces. One of the most intereting and complex. pompelmoes (69), Belgium

Notes of tart grapes, earthy yeast, and even a hint of body oder. The flavor is as potent as the aroma with a tiny note of vinegar that doesn’t detract from the overall flavor. Very acidic. Glad I got to try this very special beer. redlight (1492), Winter Park, Florida, USA
