Very pale amberish colour with little to no head, looks cool and smells very sweet and oaky, very special and white-whine like. Flavour is quite sour but balanced buy huge woody flavours ending on a dry vinous note with lingering wood complexity. Mouthfeel is smooth. Very odd in a good way, a must try for sure.

Dec 17, 2009 Pours with a golden body topped by a thin head with little to no lacing. It’s slightly sweet and fruity with a nice sourness coming through. Light, crisp and slightly dry.

Nov 28, 2009 Many, many thanks to mesandsim. Crisp and zingy brown. Hugely aromatic with sour brown rice and an almost sake and whisky characters. Far more sour in the mouth with Dijon and white wine vinegar flavours. It has a long finish of balloon latex and woody dirt. Love it to pieces. One of the most intereting and complex.

Nov 11, 2009 Golden-yellow in colour with fine white head. Aroma is citrus like with a slight green-sour vegetallness about it. Taste is nicely nervous and tart with a good refreshing twang. nice dry finale with a fine bittering in the end.

Sour, sweet, vinegar aroma. Not bad.
Sour. Little sweet, not bitter. Ok.
Medium body.
Quite like apple juice with vinegar. Ok, well made.

Oct 22, 2009 Bottle this awesome guy brought to our bar. Really musky in the nose. Notes of tart grapes, earthy yeast, and even a hint of body oder. The flavor is as potent as the aroma with a tiny note of vinegar that doesn’t detract from the overall flavor. Very acidic. Glad I got to try this very special beer.

Oct 22, 2009 Sour peaches hints of pineapple, as well as dark fruits, plum, hints of alcohol, tart funkiness is strong on the nose. Pours golden blonde with no head and just feint traces of bubbles. Pungent tartness upfront with light fruits sour grapes, very wine-like, traces of acetic notes but just enough to be enjoyable with hints of a vinegar in the finish. Extremely wine-like and awesome tartness, this is awesome!!

Oct 19, 2009 Very light amber beet, not much head. Intensely sour start and mid and a lingering winey - dry finish. Different. Intense!
