Nov 9, 2009 First ’5’ on palate ever! Pours dark amber with tan head. Smells like a freshly opened pack of cigarettes. Sour smell - but this isn’t a bad thing. Flavor is a perfectly balanced malt to sour ration. Finishes very clean. Lots of wine and fruit notes in this one, including cherry and apple.

Oct 21, 2009 25cl bottle poured into a tulip glass. Deep red color with about one finger off-white head. Aroma is a mix between cherry and red wine. Sour. Tastes like grape soda and red wine. A good amount of carbonation. Not bad but definitely not my thing.

Oct 17, 2009 The bottle looks not spectacular, but okay. The beer in the glass dark, almost black. Starts very fruity like cherry and plums. Nice warm maltiness. Finish more and more sourish. Well balanced and really good!

Oct 15, 2009 Pours a dark red color with a tan color head. Aromas are very strong, smells a little like an old wine, you can feel the fruits and the oak. Flavors are again strong on the fruity oak, with old grapes and some berries. It has a dry and sour finish in mouth, some sweetness and with little carbonation. It is a quite light beer but with lots of strong fruity taste.
