Earthy, the sour mixes well with the body of this beer. So easy to drink, finishes dry with a strong dark fruit prescense that balances it out so well. A great brew whos quality shines through.

Body is brown, with a thin light tan head. Aroma is pretty tart light sour cherries, some alcohol, and captain morgan like spiciness. Taste is fairly tart, light caramel, dried fruit, light sour cherry. Pretty good.

Pours a hazy reddish-orange with a medium, white head. The aroma is slightly acidic with a nice sour cherry component as well. Taste is smooth, with sour cherry notes, as well as some fruity notes. Nice sour ale.

750ml. Hazy burnt orange color with a medium head. Funky sour aroma; cherries and balsamic vinegar. Tasted some oak and fruity sweetness. Light to medium body. Very good.

Poured from a 330cl bottle into a tulip. This sour ale poured a dark brown color with a big light grayish tan head that slowly faded. The aroma was that of sour cherries. The flavor was sweet and sour dark fruit with some hints of oak. The mouthfeel was light-bodied with heavy carbonation. Almost champagne like. Very refreshing and drinkable.

Emerges cherry-brown with absent head. Dark wood and astringent sourness on the nose. Tastes of oak, mild Pinot Grigio. vinegar, and hints of Granny Smith apple. Doesn’t hit home like the Grand Cru does.

Bottle. Reddish brown in colour with a medium sized off-white head. Refreshing with a hint of sourness and notes of fruit, wood and a bit winous.

Dark red with no head. Oaky, vinuous nose with a sour cherry. Very nice, smooth palate. Cherry, sour malt, and some champagne. Mildly acidic, but not overpowering.
