Color is brown with a touch of ruby. Frothy thick head. Aroma is that of sweet champagne. Tart sour cherry like taste with lively carbonation on the tongue.

Pours ruby with small tan head. Nose is dusty, woody, tannic, with cherry and plum. Flavor initially of sour cherry, slight maltiness, plum and apple and grape. Nice, dry finish. Slightly chalky mouthfeel. So very good.

750 ml bottle. Aroma has a mild fruit and stonger wood aroma on the nose. Red body with beige head that disipates with each pour from bottle. Cherry fruit flavors along with sour presence that was overpowering as some sours can be. Mild acidity and smooth sipping beer on the palate.

Bottle sampled. red with a brownish hue, and an off-white head. Aroma of sweetness, fermented cherries, and oak. The flavor is sweet upfront, fermented cherries, oak, and finishes moderately tart. Decent body. Good brew.

Shared by Retro42, pours a dark amber brew with a fizzy light tan head. Aroma of dark caramel malt, sour cherries, and some dark berries. Taste is highly carbonated, sour fruity, and a touch of oak. Finish is dry and light sour that ends quickly.

Lovely reddish-brown beer with an abundant light tan head. There is a sharp vinegar aroma but subtle fruit lies underneath. The taste is acidic, then notes of strawberries and raspberries emerge. Watery mouthfeel.

250 ml brown bottle.
Best before Sept. 9 07
Reddish brown with no real head to speak of, just a thin cap of tight bubbles.

Aroma is Balsamic vinegar and oak and sour cherries.

Flavor is sweet and sour cherries with a touch of balsamic acidity on the finish.

Body is a touch thin, but it is still a good beer.
