Bottle at St Albans BF 2007. Reddy/brown colour. Really cereally on the aroma. Reasonably full and some sweetness, good dry malt. Nice beer, decent hop. This has chewy toffee, dry malt. Good hop finish.

Feb 16, 2008 Bottle at St Albans Beer Festival, September 2007. Red/brown colour. Prominent fruit and caramel in the aroma. More chewy fruit in the flavour. Touch of candy but not too sweet. Also a subtle hoppy bite on the the finish. I’m with harrisoni on this one. A very creditable effort from a new enterprise.

33cl bottle at St. Albans Beer Festival. . Mid brown with a red tinge and no head at all. Aroma of malt, caramel, wheat and straw. Very soapy and malty flavour with wheat and straw and a bad hoppy finish.
