Commercial Description:
Unfiltered, amber beer, top-fermented and bottle-conditioned. Brewed following an original recipe from Brij. Traagwater, Leuven by De Graal.

Slowly collapsing, dense, cream-coloured head, fed by lively carbonated copper-amber beer. Creamy nose with caramel, vegetable (fresh garden herbs), and EU-hop notes. Caramel, greenmalt, ambrée malt, fatty acids/arachide in the flavour. Finishes on a bit indifferent bitterness. Slightly burning MF, very carbonated, slight slickness, light to medium body. Tastes a bit unfinished, rushed; a bit more care and lagering might help it nicely along.
