| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 3, 2008 This ale poured a deep copper colour with a nice, creamy tan coloured head that disappeared fast. To the nose there are scents of pine and hopps, juniper berries and a little malt. First taste was creamy with good carbonation and just the right amount of hopps to add a decent bitter value. The finish was just that with a nice creamy malt flavour. The palate was hoppy with a perfect bitterness to finish it off. kpresley77 (134), Jackson, Georgia, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 1, 2008 Bottle pours beautiful hazy amber with very small white head that quickly disapates. Aroma is faint flower and citrius hops with roasted malt backing. Flavor is hops at first then slight sweetness comes in and balances out perfect. There is a slight linger of hops burn. The carbonation is perfect and this is a all around good Amber. cryfreedmb (113), Ocean, New Jersey, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 24, 2008 Had this at Brickwall Tavern in Asbury. VERY malty. Not the first time I had this but this time it was really lacking any hops. I didn’t mind it but there are many other ambers that I would drink before it. Not sure if I had a bad bottle or what but I didn’t enjoy this brew as much as I thought. Overall, decent but somewhat of a disappointment.
