I was pleasently surprised here, I expected this to be a retread of Yellow Snow Ale, but it is anything but. Nice mix of hops and malt in this one. Tastes like a little honey (maybe) and a nice accent of coffee. Full bodied and just slightly creamy. I would have this again. EHSRanders (1120), Randers C, Denmark

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 25, 2008 Pours a deep bronzed amber with a thick, billowy off-white head. The aroma is toffee malt with a hint of citrus. The goes down pretty smooth with a strong bready malt flavor, along with a clean but very subtle floral/citrus flavor in the finish. There is also slight metalic off-flavor in the finish that I’m not too fond off, but otherwise this is a very solid brew. ToadMan (554), Washington, Washington DC, USA
