Pours amber with a thin white head. Smells of caramel, light fruit, some hay, earthy. Tastes sweet with a slight peppery hint on the finish.

22 oz. bottle via trade with scrizzz - Pours a hazy amber color with a one finger thick off white head. Light lacing. Aroma and flavor is toasted malt, light esters, and a nice bit of hops. Medium body. A nice all-around Amber. Thanks Clint.

Hazy copper orange with a quickly fading off-white head. Aroma of caramel, bready malt and grassy hops. Taste is a lot hoppier than I’d expect given the nose, kind of a not so pleasant mix of malt and hops with a burnt caramel and lifeless hop finish that was somewhat bitter.

Caramel sweet burnt malt. Grassy hop bitterness. Grapefruit notes. Red brown body. Fruity scotch smell. Bitter-sweet aftertaste.

12 fl. oz. bottle, as Rogue American Amber Ale, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. The beer starts pouring out of the bottle by its own will. Dark amber colour, moderate beige head. Malty and bready aroma, notes of bakery and caramel, also some fruity hops, hints of spices. The flavour is malty and earthy with caramel and toffee, decent hops in the finish.

Very nice amber color. Thin head. Fresh, clean aroma... so clean it sorta smells like some sort of cleaner. Flavor is, I guess, grass and hops. Not getting into this much, but it does have more flavor and body than most ambers I’ve tried. Enh.

Pours a rich amber red. Smells of spoiled fruit. Tastes malty, but too sweet. Simple finish. Beer is not my favorite, but easy to drink.

Poured a dark tan-gold colour with a fine white foam head .. . dirty syrup maltiness in the nose, uhhgghh.... Tasted ok, but pretty weak in the mouth with a dirty messy finish .. . no thanks ..
