| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 16, 2007 This release wasn’t a whole lot different then the previous in my opion. A bit less sharp bitterness and less excess alcohol in the finish, but that could just be due to having it a few months after the initial release. Pours brown with a soft beige head. Roasty malts with a bitter citrus/pine finish. Tejas (700), Dallas, Texas, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 27, 2007 Draught > Flying Saucer. Ehh, not bad. This is pretty hoppy but not IPA hoppy. Reminds me of a ESB more than a schwarzbier. I wonder if the description above is correct?
