DerBiermeister (504), Birmingham, Alabama, USA Aug 31, 2008 This beer is good quality, but not the best Rogue beer. I enjoyed it but I think I would probably prefer the Dead Guy Ale. All in all, a hefty brew with an attibrewed.

Big citrus aroma. Malts, yeast and bitter finish. Decent for the style nqualls (1429), Nashville, Tennessee, USA Aug 22, 2008 Six pack of 12 ozers. Poured into an imperial pint. Poured a gold/orange color with a two finger whitish head. Aroma is of citrus hops and unripe fruits. Flavor was malty and yeasty with a bitter aftertaste that lingered for a while. Medium body with good carbonation. Enjoyable. fredandboboflo (1395), East Setauket, New York, USA Aug 17, 2008 Bottle. Aroma almost IPA-like in citrus and tropically fruity malt, but toastiness starts to come out upon warming. Flavor definitely much more ESB-like with toast and burnt toast and restrained hop bitterness. Tropical fruits remain. On the thin side. Decent. Jblauvs (531), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA Aug 17, 2008 Light orange pour, light off white head. Mellow, light aromas of some fruits and hops. Bitter, mellow malt, some biscuit, after sitting for a bit some sweet fruits come through. Very enjoyable Stew41 (1042), Caulfield, Australia Aug 17, 2008 Slightly murky but brightly coloured (copper) appearance with no head to speak of. Lifted and well fruited nose with some passionfruit and fresh tropical fruits. Relatively settled in the mouth as a kick of bitterness and fizz comes through, and somewhat appropriate. A fair whack of the tropical fruit bowl coming through in the back palate as well. I think you would need to drink this quite cold as I can imagine the sweet flavours could thicken up as the beer warms up. LilBeerDoctor (1480), East Setauket, New York, USA Aug 16, 2008 Bottle. Pours a cloudy dull orange with a small light tan head. Aroma is quite hoppy- lots of citrus hops, slight fruitiness. Flavor is similar- citrus hops, apple skins, tropical fruits, sweet malt. Palate is a little weak. Sweet, fruity, tasty.
