Plenty of hops in the aroma with a dash of grapefruit and sherbet. It has a peppery hoppy initial flavour with a bitter short finish. Hints of lemon and grapefruit in there too. Delicious, a real joy to be able to get locally (for now!) paulmetzger (152), Pocatello, Idaho, USA

Very fruity, mild citrus aroma
Cloudy orange-amber
Starts mildly sweet then robust fruit - peach, nectarine - finishing with citrus hop bite. Somewhat creamy, very drinkable.

Aroma was dominated by the citrusy smell of hops. Once you get a good nose full the slight hint of malt comes out. Flavor starts out with a sweet caramel malt then the citrus hops smack your tastebuds. This would be a great session beer. lordeche (397), Quincy, Massachusetts, USA

Extremely well balanced, although not too bitter. Very good beer overall, though. pnista (1008), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jun 28, 2006 Pours a hazy brown orange with small particulates and a decent white head. The nose is really wonderful on this beer with big flowery and slightly fruity hops stretched over a smooth malt backbone. The aroma reminds me slightly of the DFH 90 Minute IPA, really nice. There’s a really pleasant foam and mouthfeel in general to this beer. Good texture. The bitterness is decidedly brutal! A well rounded caramel malt with light malt is quickly overshadowed by the big hops. Extremely flowery, kind of like an uber-Cascade. the bitterness just lingers on in an almost annoying, but still enjoyable way. One can also begin to detect the effects of alcohol over time. The flavor is something like a SNPA on steroids. I really enjoyed this. The addition of swirled yeast really mellow this beer out, especially the brutality of the bitterness, lending creaminess as well. Dedollewaitor (3764), Odense, Denmark

Good subtle fruity flavor and acceptable palate and body. Like the other rogue beers it manages to hold a decent flavor and not sacrafice body or taste watered down. Good choice at a bar.
