dark red and opaque with large white head. floral hop nose that is pleasant. some hop bitterness followed by an herbal and floral hop flavor, some yeast esters and mild malt sweetness. the malt character could be accentuated to produce a more balanced and more enjoyable beer, but a pretty solid version of the style

On tap at Coles, Buffalo NY. Pours a amber-red-brown with small white head. Nice piney pungent hop aroma with some solid malt backing it up. Bitterness up front floowed up by some malts with a slow bitter trail down the throat. Ever slight chocolate presence. Pretty good

Big India style red, pours with a massive and lasting head. Malt, roasted grains, caramel... some fruitiness. I hesitate to say it, but I detected a bit of kiwi. This is a very good beer.

Big light beige shiny head. Hazy reddish brown body. Tropical fruit hop aroma with milky resiny notes. Sharp dry citric roasty tropical fruit taste with medicinal dusty notes. Some strawberry. Mid-bodied. Sharp, clean mouthfeel. Bitter roasty resiny aftertaste with cough syrup and flower notes. Very nice. Full of flavour, yet highly drinkable. (0.65l bottle, Olympen, Oslo.)
