Bottle. Hazy brown pour with minimal carbonation and a standard grapefruit/dry hop aroma. Flavor is also bitter grapefruit, piney hops, and a little peppery on the finish. Very good, solid IPA.

Dark, amber pour, with short lasting foamy head. Fruity, pine sap aroma. Could use more depth in flavors... bitter hops, citrus fruits, and a touch of caramel sweetness. Hops dominate indeed, but I imagine would be a good companion at an unsettled sea.

Bottle/22 - Pours a quite dark orange-amber in color with a small off-white head that produced some small lacing on the glass. Aroma is, surprisingly, malty and sweet with only a hint of the citrus/pine hops. Flavor is more hoppy and the malts drops back to just a supporting role, where it belongs. Medium bitter. Malts makes an appearance again during the finish, which starts hoppy bitter and then ends up with more of the caramel maltiness.

22 oz bottle. Pours a deep rich amber color with a off-white head. Aroma is citrus, hops, touch of malts, caramel. Flavor of nice, caramel, malt, tinge of chocolate. Actually quite good - wasn’t expecting much from this brew.

Bottled. An amber beer with huge tan head. The aroma has strong notes of NW hops, lending it notes of grapefruit, combined with notes of nuts, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, nuts, and caramel to start off making it almost chewy, but then the hops sets in with notes of grapefruit and grass, and making to finish very bitter.

Pours a brownish amber with a big foamy persistent off-white head. Nose is floral with hints of baking bread or biscuits. Rich flavor with distinct wood/pine notes as well as notes of caramel, chocolate, and coffee. Classic coffee-like American IPA bitter finish.
