No aroma, but okay look of bright bronze. Flavor of smoke and too much chilipeppers. You’ll not get burned in your throth, but a little less and it would be great, I think to ex. indian food, which already is very spicy. Hippystomper (35), Narragansett, Rhode Island, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 3, 2007 The aroma is smokey. Pours amber with a good sized head. I was hoping the taste would be spicy (huge salsa/hot sauce/pepper fan) but it is basically just smokey. Not a bad beer by any means, just not what i was expecting. Probably be interesting if paired with mexican or other spicy foods. sfhodense (577), Odense NØ, Denmark
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 2, 2007 Bottle. Amber color with a light head. Light aroma with some caramel. Nice taste with some malt, and a nice light chilli taste. madsberg (5072), Søborg, Denmark
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 1, 2007 Bottled. Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Fluffy off white head. Light chili aroma. Smoke. Light fruits and light cold tee. Flavour is smoked and sweet. Light fruits, spices and again light chili. Is medium bodied. Is dry. Is spiced and light smoked bitter in the end. Has a light chili warmth on the lips. Best chili beer I’ve tried. Dedollewaitor (3773), Odense, Denmark

Malty caramel, strong smoked chilli/jalapenos. filling body with a lasting light warm finish! Pleasant experience! GreatLibations (1454), Last Supper, Arizona, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 23, 2007 Pours a caramel amber color w/ a medium sized, semi creamy froth. Residual lacing is a full ring w/ a dusty canopy. Aroma of mildly smoked malts. Medium nectar w/ ample yet soft residual effers. A nice malty backbone w/ a defined chipotle chili component. The pepper heat is mild but totally noticable leaving a slight burn as she goes down. Theres a leathery component here that blends well w/ the smokiness. Like mesquite grilled chilis. Other nuances of plump juicy peachs w/o the sugar. A moderate hop profile keeps everything in balance. The finish is bittered perfectly and a residual pepper burn lingers for a while. Overall: a very unique brew and totally drinkable. It kinda grows on ya. beermouth (435), Langeskov, Denmark
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 23, 2007 Deep amber/copper with nice offwhite head. Lot’s of caramel, malt and slight toasted. Only got this burning mouthfeel and is slight hot. Really good one. LilKem (1210), Marietta, Ohio, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Mar 20, 2007 interesting. was expecting something in line with cave creek chili beer but was slightly different. more ale-y than pepper-y. some bready/yeasty flavors mixed with some jalepeno pepper juice. almost like drinking a liquid form of chipotle sourdough bread. some biscuit malt and carmel hints come out in this too but not much.
