Bottle. Pours black with a tan head. Smells of drinking chocolate and soy. Taste of a bit rosted malts and chcolate. Surprisingly low alcohol and small body but still balanced and a good desert beer.

Bottle. One of the most choclaty beers I’ve ever tried. The aroma is incredible choclaty and inviting. The taste is a bit of a dissapointment, nice chhocolate but strange balanced.

Draught at The Local Taphouse, Sydney. Pours very dark brown with a creamy light brown head. There’s no running away from the chocolate that dominates this beer. It’s similar to true Belgium chocolate rather than cocoa powder...very nice. I’m also getting roasted malt and light coffee. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel and good bitterness. The balance is superb. Delicious, this is my kind of stout.

On tap. Coffee and choco aroma. Big and black with a thin creamy head. Choco and coffee flavors abound. Bitter, but not as bitter as a an impy stout tho it does appraoch the impact. Not a whole lotta carbonation on the palate. Rather rude overall for a ’sweet stout’. Long bitter coffee and dark choco finish.

A black colored beer, with a thick foamy beige head. The aroma of chocolate with bitter hops. The taste of pure chocolate with dark fruits. And bitterness in the back. The aftertaste is bitter with sweets and still a lot of chocolate.

Bottle, 65cl - Dark brown beer with a large disappearing brown head. Aroma is sweet with notes of chocolate, vanilla and roasted malt. Flavor is dominated by bitter chocolate and heavy cream vanilla ice cream. Very enjoyable!
