| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 14, 2008 Bottle huge thanks to harrisoni. Aroma is burstign with chocolate malts its really really choclaty. Taste is similarly choc out its nut, however thinner than expected but this did make it amazingly drinkable. Hops are there but hidden in compairison to the choc. Great sweet stout, they should make more like it. HughConway (367), Washington, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 12, 2008 Black with a tan head. Aroma is chocolaty sweet. The flavor is plenty of sweet chocolates, but not particularly sticky. It has a rather strong hop presence that allows for a nice, pleasant bitter finish. Strong, thick-bodied mouthfeel. Quite enjoyable beer. hoplover406 (204), Crofton, Maryland, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 10, 2008 650ml bottle. Black with beautiful thick brown head that subsides with little lacing. Massive chocolate aroma WOW! Based on the style I had to give this one a 10 for aroma. It’s intense chocolate. Smooth and sweet. If it weren’t for the slight hoppy finish I’d swear I was drinking some kind of a chocolate milk drink. Tasty and very drinkable. A nice session stout. 502Flavors (629), Louisville, Kentucky, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Mar 9, 2008 Bomber poured into a pint glass. Poured a thick black with a tan beige head that was fluffy and lasting and lead to nice lacing. Aroma: wow! For me, this was by far the most appealing aspect of this beer. It wasn;t extremely complex, it was just unbelievable delicious smelling: rich chocolate, coffee, and sugar. The chocolate worked much better with the aroma the flavor; the flavor was still good, but it tasted kind of like watered down dark chocolate, and the focus on the chocolate style kind of takes away from the other typical stout aspect that one might normally be able to pick up on. There were small hints of oak and alcohol. The palate was nice and rich, smooth and creamy and dark. It leaves a warm stickiness coating the palate. This was a great beer in my books.
WARNING: I just noticed (upon getting to the bottom of the bottle) that there is a thick layer of residue/sediment settled on the bottom of my bottle. This is probably because the bottle was sitting for a long time and i didn’t remember to stir it or agitate it in the bottle before pouring it. Be warned to agitate the bottle so as to abstract all of the beers intended flavors. Perhaps this accounted for the "watered" down chocolate flavor. Hopdup (71), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Mar 8, 2008 Good hearty stout and I’m glad I shelled out the duckets to try one. Very dark stout with suprisingly little brown head. Lots of roasted malt and chocolate flavoring. BiddleBrau (332), Midland Park, New Jersey, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 6, 2008 Bomber - Black, black, black. Faint head dissipated quickly. Bitter chocolate aroma, flavors of black and roasted malt and tobacco undertones. Medium hop bitterness and better than average mouth-feel. Personally I like less roasted malts so not particularly high on this brew. And what’s with the chick on the label?? Purchased Ramsey Liquor 2008. BREWMUSKCLES (1087), New Jersey, USA
