For the English among us, this tastes like Smarties (not the smarties that Americans know). Wonderful chocolate aroma, chocolate taste all the way through. The most chocolatey beer out there. It’s like a dream, swimming in a swimming pool full of chocolate - it smells soooooo good. Roasted chocolate taste, not sweet but smooth. Nice outfit - cute hazelnut brown layer on pitch black syrupy brew.

Nice retention. Aromas of sweet maple and cocoa. I can’t believe this is beer. Impressive. Full nectar w/ ample residual effers creating somewhat of a velvety texture. Decadent roasted malts and bakers cocoa. Huge chocolate essense. A little citrus shines through as it warms. Nice balancing hop componant. Finish has precision bittering to a pin point w/ velvety hops. This brew is amazing. I’m not a fan of the chocolate thing but I really appreciate this specimen. I was able to drink the whole 22ozzies. It blows away Sam Adams C.B. and murders Youngs w/ a pitchfork. I highly recommend this to all you chocolate lovers. Overall: this brew hits all the factors I use to score a brew right between the eyes. It deserves the current score. orville (160), Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, USA
