The 22 ounce bottle poured a clear golden copper colored beverage with a small fizzy white head that was completely diminishing and left no lacing on the glass. The aromas that were present were all malt-based with notes of caramel, brown sugar and roast nuts. The body was medium-full with soft carbonation and a oily texture. The flavor starts out lightly sweet and stays that way throughout the moderately long finish.

Bottle. Pours a lightly hazy dark yellow. Aroma is of corn, vegetable, malt. Flavor is moderately sweet, with some corn and vegetable flavors in it and a hint of alcohol. Body is medium, carbonation light, slightly sticky. Not really very good, but kind of fun. It’s yucky in a good way and the name is awesome.

Bottle. This reminded me more of an strong golden ale than an Malt Liqour. PAle golden body with nice head. Flavor has a sweet malty character to it. Light hops and a low vegetable character to it. Better than I thought it would be.

Pours out a light amber color with small white head. Big caramel aroma with hints of cider. Cidery taste that is very smooth. I am not a fan of malt liquoor, but this was nice to try and a hell of a lot better than the rotgut I used to drink when I was young.

Sampled from a 22-oz bomber at Cellar’s WIne & Spirits in St Paul, MN. Pours a golden amber brew with a thin off-white head that quickly dissolves to a fine film and some white ring. Aroma of mostly corn grits and sweet sugar. Very little hop character in scent. Taste is light to medium bodied with a corn bread flavor and a touch of sour apples. Finish is slightly dry with some corn and alcohol aftertaste. An interesting Malt Liquor. Better than the ones I had during my late teen years.

Aroma has sweet malt and corn. Yellow color. Some corn and other grain in the flavor. Unlike many of this style, this is actually drinkable.

Great name, but not great beer. Probably the worst of the Rogues. Mainly because, duh, the style. An ok Malt Liquor, I guess. More of a novelty brew than anything.
