Bottle. Pours a fairly cloudy amber with a moderate amount of effervescence and and frothy off white cream head. Hoppy nose, nice caramel too, and some spruce pine. Sweet caramel, nice malt, and a sprucy hop flavor. Mouth is a little lite with a finish that is lightly bitter.

spicy teal like aroma with citrus notes...very pungent dry hop aroma. it is a medium amber color with a thin tan head that disappears quickly. flavor is very earthy with slight caramel sweeteness and a herbal resinous finish...i like their description of it as being sprucy. very thin on the palate with a long dry finish that sticks in the back of your mouth.

12oz bottle. Pours a tan head and amber body. Smells of pine, pineapple and caramel. Tastes of apricots and caramel. Luscious body and a bitter finish.

12 oz bottle. Pours a nice head off white/cream, and a red-amber color. aroma is of hops with slight malt. Was originally unimpressed with the hops character in the taste, but the more I drank the hoppier it seemed to get. Starts sweet-malty and ended with a citrus hops flavor to bitter end. Head lasted the whole glass. Approachable.

22 oz. bottle that I received as a Christmas gift from my friend Russell. Pours a slightly hazed red-tinted amber with a moderate off-white head that lasted until the bottom of the glass but left only a few patches of lace. The foam slid down the surface of the glass very quickly with each sip. Pleasant aroma of citrus and caramel. The flavor is a bit musty with mild caramel up front, which is quickly washed over by bitter hops with some weak grapefruit and orange pekoe tea. A bit lacking in body with a thin, almost watery mouthfeel, particularly at the finish. Probably not something I would look to revisit.

Wasn’t impressed with this one, but I may have had this in the fridge a little too long. Poured a darkish amber color w/ a hoppy taste. Not bad, just wasn’t crazy about it.
