Bottle. Amber color with a healthy tan head, nose is hoppy astringent with something sweet backing it, caramel maybe? Smooth, but a bit to much in your face hops for me. Hops don’t compliment the flavor, they just drown it out.

Quickly dissipating beige head and a brownish amber body. Caramel aroma along with hops. Taste is pretty malty and doesn’t go easy on the hops like most amber ales do. Sweet aftertaste. One of the best ambers I have had. Few brewers can make this style at all interesting.

Poured a deep red, maybe a copper color. Much like most other ambers, but more hops and malt flavors. Easy on the palate and very drinkable.

Pours ruby/amber with nice tan had. Nose shows caramel and typical big citrus hop notes. Palate is as expected, finishes with medium hop bitterness, however is supported reasonably well by malt. Good beer, oozes US hops. Though a bit surprised chinook & centennial diidnt bring a bit more pepper, which is probably a good thing for this beer.

Ambers don’t have much to them, but Rogue brings a hoppy frontal to this brew. A great palate makes this one worth drinking, but there’s not a ton of flavor.

Not really much to this one I’m afraid. Pours a nice looking amber, but falls short in every other way. Some notes of malt and hops, but the flavor is just mostly flat and boring. Very plain.

Bottle pours beautiful amber color with very thin tan head. Aroma is citrus and pine. First taste is hops bitterness, some sweetness but hops is the main flavors in this beer throughout. The finish is bitter hops.

Hearty red/brown pour with solid head. Malty sugary goodness with quiet hops in the back which slowly assert themselves with grapefruit, pineapple and pine notes. Caramel and vanilla touches are in there for balance, light scothcy, earthy, peaty and fruity with a dusty hop predominance.
