Bottle (Õllesummer 2008, Tallinn) - Copper brown/red with a bit of a haze. Spicy malt and hop aroma with some grapefruit and milk chocolate. Hoppy and appealing taste which is biscuity and features grapefruit and some chocolate again. A nice bitterness.

On tap at the Sanctuary. Nice beer. Malt up front, but a spicy hop finish. Almost burns with asticky, piney dry hop finish.

12oz - Very malty aroma or mostly toasted caramel with an earthy hop back. Pours cloudy brown/red with a small head and good lacing. Flavor is hops first followed by the toasted caramel malt. Palate is sticky. Not a bad hoppy session amber.

From a 22 oz bottle this poured a rich copper color with light tan head and good lacing. Nose of caramel hops and citrus hops. Rich and smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is mostly of malts, but hops are there and there is a nice bitter finish. An excellent amber.

12 oz. bottle. "Dry Hopped St. Rogue Red Ale". Definitely a red ale- deep red amber color. Big head foams up quick, clears as quick as it rose. Aromas of aggressive sharp citrus and some chunky sweetness. Very balanced and interesting on the nose. Flavors becomes a bit more mundane... Sharp astringent bitterness with notes of orange peels. Malt flavors of black tea, tobacco, and burnt toast. Well balanced and interesting across the flavors. Palate is balanced and sharp, with some lingering bitterness on the finish.

12oz bottle. copper pour with creamy medium head and a lot of stick. citrus, caramel, flowery and malt aroma. grassy, citrus, tea, dough, pine and toasted malt with a nice dry long lasting bitter finish. crisp and very drinkable. has that "rogue" taste. one of these days I’ll figure out what that means. Amber color with tan head that has an amber hue. This is incredibly smooth and flavorful with a nice bite on the palate.

Reddish in color with a nice size head. Earthy flavors of pines, hops, and hints of citrus. Aroma is primarily hops and has some scents of fruit.
