I was pleasantly surprized that this was a new (to me) Rogue ale and not simpliy another aliased beer. It pours a browned copper body with a dense beige head, quite well sustained and solid in its lacing. The aroma is rich, juicy caramel with fresh smelling grapefruit and pine hops. The flavor begins with an even balance of the two, but soon the hops dominate and leave you with a prolonged bitter finish. With its modest ABV, this makes for a decent session ale.

(Bottle) Pours reddish amber. Very hoppy aroma of citrus fruits like oranges. Also pine, resin and some lighter floral notes. Small notes of caramel in the background. Hoppy flavour as well with citrus up front, but also some pine. The body is a bit too thin. Finish is tart dryish and light acid with descent bitterness. Tiny caramelly and syrupy but more malt is needed.

Bottle at the Rover Göteborg: On the label its stands Dry hopped. Clear red/brown colour, nice head. Aroma of lots of hops, citrus, and a bit sournes is there too.Nice bitternes in the end. Flavor is disepoiting, because the aroma was so werry nice, thin to medium body, there´s a light version of aroma in the flavor, but was so flat, and anon interestning mouth feeling.Therefor the aroma gets 8, but the flavor get 6, on the scala. Smouth dry hopy finish.

New dry-hopped version; Beautiful beer...bright hop aroma on top of a robustly roasted caramel scent...big PNW grapefruit and pine resin highlights...a nearly perfect session ale.
