The dry hopping adds delicious aroma and with the flavor of roasted malt - this beer is one of my favorites . Salute John Maier and Rogue Ales fauskie (11), USA

This is the third beer I’ve tried from Rogue and is my favorite so far. The aroma is intense and floral, alot like the Monk Madness. The bitterness is not as extreme as the Monk Madness and for me was perfect. The beer poured a nice, long lasting head with a copperish red color. Beer finished very well and I was thoroughly impressed. Highly recommend! ghawener (964), San Salvador, El Salvador

Had a strangely floral and citrus aroma, but it really worked. Had traces of roasted and sweet malts, but finished with a layered hop presence. Medium bodied, but it would have been out of place with more. So many intricacies are perfectly balanced in this brew. This is good stuff folks. eraserhd10 (226), new haven, Connecticut, USA

A terrific Red Ale. Slight taste of Mexican Mole sauce; roasted cashews; hint of spiciness. So nicely balanced-- a trait common to most of Rogue’s creations. Strong, velvety palate with a suprisingly smooth, unabrasive and maple-y finish.
