Poured a darkish red tinged amber colour with a decent enough sized off white head. Some sweet malty fruitiness and anticipated hopiness in the aroma Palate is somewhat on the watery side but its tasty enough stuff , if slightly underwhelming. Dryish finish.

Aroma is syrup-like sweet, red currants and some fruits. Flavour is dryer than expected based on aroma, berries, and some bitternees in the end. Quite slippery and nice to drink. Not top beer but still good and succesfull, better than Rogue Amber Ale. mcberko (148), British Columbia, Canada

Amazing sweet hoppy aroma showing loads of resin, pine, orange blossom, grapefruit and mint. Well balanced by sweet crystal malt. Superb.
Similarly, the flavours show a great balance of malt and hops. Loads of caramel first up, before resin and pine show through, followed by some grassy notes (from dry-hopping?). All this is finished off by a captivating and complex (not to mention assertive) bitterness.
Smooth, moderately rich mouthfeel. gunnfryd (3588), Kristiansand, Norway

Nose of sweet malts and light hops. Flavor is well balanced between the myriad malts and hops, and there is a sweet caramel presence. Finish is mildly bitter and sticky. Quite tasty.
