Pours a cloudy golden color with light white head. Smells of sweet ginger. Very carbonated. A little thin and quick finishing. Seems like I’ve had a lot of these saisons recently. They go down well but I prefer a darker beer in the winter.

22 oz bomber: Light amberish orange w/ a hazy body and lasting off white head. Aroma is a bit of muddled...stuff! A bit floral and minimally spicy, but not the usual aromas that are grains of paradise. Ginger is very, very, very, subtle. A bit of white pepper and alcohol fruitiness; A bit of rose and plum floral from the hops and yeast, but very little yeast character overall. Well balanced, a bit on the semi dry side of the finish, not dry like most saisons, and much less bitter which I prefer. Hints of toasty malt and alcohol. A bit of the muddled spices mid palate into the finish with finish of ginger taste and light fruitiness. Medium carbonation, smooth m/f, a bit of warming from alcohol w/ a lighter medium body. Not a bad beer, just not a good saison. Spices seem too muddled to be distinct, and not enough bitterness to resemble a true saison.

NJ, Pocono, Philly YEHa!’05. Deep straw body with fine particles and a uniform, filmy, white head. Novel aroma of juicy fruit gum. Rounded set of flavors with fair dryness, low acidity, and considerable bitterness. I enjoyed this.

Yeasty malty aroma. Pours a light brown with a white head. Malty flavor, some honey, sweet, with a hoppy spicy slightly dry finish. carbonated on the palate. very good.

This was a very cloudy beer. It tasted a little like an orange. It did not have much of an after taste and the flavor was very unique.

When opened, some foam kept coming out of the bottle (but not a gusher). Poured a light to medium golden color with a large and lightly off white head. Aromas of yeast, spices and a little fruity. Tastes of fruits, lemons, and spices. I actually didn’t really care too much for this one as the tastes and aromas did not work for me.

Pours a very murky unfiltered apple-juice like body with a fizzy white head. Aroma of cider with a fair amount of acidity and a concophony of spices. Body is thin and fizzy. Flavors are med. sweet with a ton of apple-like acidity. Phenols are everywhere and are not pleasant at all. Finish is heavily acidic. It hink ferment temps. must have gotten away from them. Worst rogue beer I have had.

Thick yeasty yellow. Nose of a lot of sugar and yeast. Flavor reminds me of an apricot dough. Nice spice on the finish.
