| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 8, 2005 This saison pours a very cloudy golden color from a 22 oz etched bottle. Medium to large sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and spicy. A medium bodied saison. Malts are fruity, sweet and spicy. Hops are spicy. A Belgian style ale, brewed with some different spices, grain of paradise, ginger root and others, makes for a flavorful saison. Definite a saison, definitely brewed by Rogue. Interesting beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly spicy. KSS (102), Plymouth, Minnesota, USA
