Rogue HazelNut Brown Nectar

Nice, unique flavor and the hazelnut really sets it apart. Will be drinking again...

22oz - Aroma is cardboard, toasted malts, pecans and hazelnut. Pours transparent brown with a nice fluffy head and good lacing. Flavor matches aroma with the nuttiness lingering. Palate is creamy and smooth. A pretty good brown but I like mine with a bit more hops. Maybe this one was at the store a while.

Don’t have my notes from this one, just my rating. I do recall the hazelnut taste getting cloying near the end of my glass. Good for one, but not more.

Wow!! This beer is very unique. Aroma is great, it smells nuts, vanilla and toffee. Very carbonate on the tongue and finished very smooth with a strong taste of hazelnut. Would drink it again and again.

Very good beer, I wish you could rate it along with price though, big bottle but a little high priced at $11.

Bottle Dark amber pour with small head. Hazelnut and somewhat bready aroma and flavor. Smooth. Malty finish. Good brew. Re-rate on draught very disappointing flavor, really nothing to it :(

Draft at the Downtown Broadway Brewhouse. Pours opaque brown with a small beige head. Aroma of hazelnut, malt, and cookie dough. Medium bodied with a light but subtle earthy texture. Initial flavor of vanilla, and hazelnut that transitions to more of a creme and chocolate middle, with a hint of nuts. Not overly sweet, but enough to accent the flavors. Mild amount of bitterness to bring it into balance on the finish. Nice beer.

650ml bottle, slight hazy brown hue, with a beige head, but falls quickly, sweet toasted maltiness nose, with an intense caramelized hazelnut nuttiness accent, with a buttery chestnut note, a cookie dough, with a faint nutmeg spicy aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a nice creamy buttery hazelnut character, with a smooth chestnut nutty accent, some sweet toasted malts, with a caramelized toffeeish note, with a mild chocolatey hazelnut nutella flavor, leading towards a nutty, malty finish.
