A nice dark brown with a frothy head that reduces to a nice lacing. A sweet hazelnut aroma and a complex nutty flavour dominate this wonderfully full bodied beer. A very sweet hazelnut aftertaste. Smooth and delicious.

Bottle sweet aroma caramel, slight roasty, with a hint of maltyness. Small light tan head that dissaprears quickly. Very thin light mouth feel. Slight bitter foretaste with a sweet hazelnut finish. Would drink again but dont belive should be rated so high.

Pours with a one-finger head that fades quickly to a ring leaving no lace. Deep, clear amber color. Low carbonation. Nose is a light malt. Light bodied which is surprising for a brown. Starts malty and then the hazelnut kicks in - very nice. The ABV is 8.8%. $4.60 for a 22oz bottle from Colonial Spirits Acton, Ma. This is a rating for the Rogue Morimoto Hazelnut Signature which is different from the Hazelnut Brown Nectar but the server software does not allow ratings under the Morimoto label.

Bottle. Pours orange/brown with a thin beige head. Aroma is strong hazelnut, lightly roasted, and a light note of vanilla. Body is full and smooth. Flavor comes first with hazelnut/chestnut/almond and is accompanied by a nice sweetness with notes of caramel, vanilla and cherry. Roasted malt and coffee show up in the finish. Very nice.

22 oz bottle. Pour is a clear brown with red and a medium sized off white head. Aroma is a caramel, chocolate and nut malt. Taste is more of the caramel and chocolate and a nice roastiness to it. Of course it has the "Rogue" taste in there too. Really nice smoothness and a great, long finish.
