22 oz bomber. Pours a dark chocolate brown with a nutty colored head. You can really smell the hazlenut aroma mixed with a bit of chocolate. The flavor is huge. The nuttiness is balanced with a touch of tang from the hops but is accented beautifully by the malty sweetness. Awesome.

Beautiful brown/dark red beer. The aroma is comprised of nuts with a bit of surprizing sweetness. Chocolate and nuts are most notable. It is very creamy and smooth. Easy to see why this one is called ’Nectar’.

As a un-fan of brown ales this is one of the tops in my history. As good a looking beer as any. A wonderfully clear rudy/amber color with a light tan, unassuming head. Reminds me of ’Cracker Jacks’ - Toffee and nutty. Smooth with a mild malt finish.

Yummy... I had this one on tap in the northwest. At first taste, I wasn’t sure if I liked it. Half way through I decided this is the greatest brown ale. I am rating it so high because of the novelty and the goodness

My new favourite Rogue. Reminds me of a wonderful hazelnut-pecan pie. Incredibly well done. Brown ales are not usually my thing, but this is one exception I would like to keep stocked in my beer closet.

Just had this last night -- its sweet and slightly nutty. I enjoyed it and so did my brother!

Dark bronw color with small head and lace. Aroma is hazelnut and malty with vanilla tones. Rich malty flavor with strong tones of hazelnut and lighter tones of traditional nuttieness. Creamy mouthfeel, but perhaps a bit thin. Very light bitterness in the finish. A little too creamy and too sweet or it could be an exceptional beer, but still very good.
