Everything about this beer is marvelous - nutty aroma, lush, rich, smooth mouthfeel, and complex, nuanced flavors. We love Rogue’s bigger stuff, and this is right up there with the Chocolate Stout in my book. Just plain yummy stuff.

Another personal favourite. I reckon it is not everyone’s cup of tea, but I do so fancy the slight sweetness and clear Nutella overtones in the taste. Some malt, as well, and so very smooth. I could session this ale for a fornight.

Freshly poured while the thick brown foamy head slowly dissipates believe it or not I smell MANGOS! Im drunk and I have a damn mango tree about 20ft from my window but I smell mangos directly from this brew. Now after the head is gone and time to settle I definitely smell the hazel nut. Its so NUTTY! So smooth and drinkable matter of fact I honestly can drink this by the gallon. At 6.22% alcohol there is no trace of it. Get lost in this beverage and enjoy. Absolutely beautiful in appearance, aroma, and most importantly TASTE! My #1! Sorry Franziskaner Hefewiesse but youve been replaced but I still love you! However you know what there is no such thing as perfect so...

amazing brown ale, best brown ale i’ve had, an interesting aftertaste of hazelnut and chocolate, but not overpowering at all!

My favorite Rogue thus far. "Nectar" is definitely the word to describe this Ale. It has a thicker mouthfeel than most browns, which makes for a very satisfying beverage. Very complex, nutty flavors somehow are smooth enough to make this one of the more drinkable Rogues. While I always love a good brown, this one goes above and beyond the usual standards.

Very smooth, very good natural Hazelnut flavor which remains noticeable, but is not overpowering. Just a little bit sweeter than I like. Tried it bottled about a year ago and wasn’t much impressed - I really liked it on tap though. I’d give it 4.2 bottled and 4.7 on tap.

Pours a deep brown amber with a decent, beige head. Smells like caramel, toffee and are you ready for this? Hazelnut. Great nutty caramel flavor. I love Brown Ales and this is definitly one of my favorites.

The first thing you notice whether you’re getting this on tap or pouring your own from a bomber is that huge smell. I grew up in a town with a lot of filbert (hazelnut) farms and this thing takes me back to my childhood with that aroma, nothing else permeates the smell. The mouthfeel is sticky and creamy and very sweet but not annoyingly so. This is the best brown ale I’ve ever had, and I am super craving one at this very second.
