I spent a summer with continuous 6 packs of this brew. Since that summer my tastes in beer has defiantly developed greatly. I realize this ale is nothing extraordinary, but I will always appreciate the history we share. I will always save room for an HC! This beer was there at my "beer birth" and I hope it will remain with me until the end. Magjayran (1379), Durham, North Carolina, USA

Aroma is honey, fruit, floral. Flavour is sweet, creamy and very fruity with balancing citrict bitterness and more juicy fruit with some honey in there also. It’s not complex or well beating but it has plenty of flavour and body for an every day session beer. Tasty. lizzy (44), Saint Louis, Missouri, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 2, 2005 Pours a pale gold with a thin head and little lacing. Light aroma of hops, lemon, and grain. Flavor and body - both extremely light. A bit oily and bubbly around the mouth. Dry, with a crisp bitterness at the very end. Very drinkable and refreshing, although not especially noteworthy. Would buy again though. radiomgb (2073), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada

Aroma of mild malt, floral hops, some honey. The flavour had some floral hops, honey sweetness. Creamy mouthfeel, medium body, high carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter. Nice stuff. beerhugger (541), Oshawa, Ontario, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 27, 2005 Nice mild amber with a creamy white head - as expected. Slightly sweet honey makes an appearance, and some meadowy floral hop notes too, the amount of which surprised me a little, except that it is a Rogue brew. Fairly long light bitter finish. ericmc83 (200), Arkansas, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 19, 2005 Poured a cloudy yellow/orange. It smells sweet with a lemonish hint. The taste has a hoppy bitterness initially that lasts until the middle...sweet, a little honey, not bad. There’s not a lot of an aftertaste. I can taste a little honey on the way down. Crisp. Not a bad drink. Doesn’t really stand out, but not bad either.
